Rathnam (transl. Pearl) is a 2024 Indian Tamil-language activity movie coordinated by Hari and together created by Stone Seat Movies, Zee Studios and Invenio Beginning. The film stars Vishal in the nominal job, close by Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Yogi Babu, Murali Sharma, Hareesh Peradi, Mohan Raman and Vijayakumar. It denotes the third cooperation of Vishal and Hari after Thaamirabharani and Poojai.
The film was authoritatively declared in April 2023 under the speculative title Vishal 34, as it is Vishal's 34th film as the lead entertainer, and the authority title was reported in December 2023. Head photography started in July 2023. It was shot irregularly in a few legs, with recording areas including Thoothukudi, Trichy, Karaikudi, Vellore, Tirupati, Chennai, and wrapped by late-January 2024. The music was formed by Devi Sri Prasad, while cinematography and altering were taken care of by M. Sukumar and T. S. Jay.
Rathnam was delivered on 26 April 2024 to blended audits from pundits and turned into a normal grosser at the case office.[2]
Plot

Improvement
On 23 April 2023, Vishal Movie Manufacturing plant declared that its pioneer, Vishal, was to hold hands with chief Hari for an impending venture, likely named Vishal 34. The venture marks as Vishal's third film with Hari after Thaamirabharani (2007) and Poojai (2014). The shooting was accounted for to begin after Vishal completes his responsibilities to Check Antony (2023).[5] A muhurat puja was hung on 23 April.[6] In mid June, Priya Bhavani Shankar was accounted for to play the lead female job, playing so under Hari's heading for the second time after Yaanai (2022).[7] In July, she was affirmed doing the job. Allegedly, the group was in chats with Sai Pallavi and Aishwarya Lekshmi to play the lead female job prior to finishing Priya.[8] toward the beginning of July, Devi Sri Prasad was decided to create the soundtrack and foundation scores for the film.[9]
Recording
Head photography started on 16 July 2023, with the principal plan for Chennai.[10] In August, the area was changed to Thoothukudi. The timetable purportedly highlighted an activity sequence.[11] On 29 August, Vishal, through X (previously Twitter), uncovered that the timetable had concluded.[12] The subsequent timetable started toward the beginning of October in a town in Tuticorin called Kimarasakkanapuram. Vishal had helped the residents there to get a drinking water office during the schedule.[13] Head photography wrapped by 23 January 2024.[14]
Music
The music and foundation score is made by Devi Sri Prasad, in his 6th joint effort with Hari after Aaru (2005), Singam (2010), Venghai (2011), Singam II (2013) and Saamy Square (2018); lady with Vishal.[15] The primary look melody "Vaarai Rathnam" was delivered on 1 January 2024.[16] The principal single "Don't Stress Da Machi" was delivered on 9 Walk 2024.[17] The subsequent single "Ethanaala" was delivered on 29 Walk 2024.[18] The third single "Uyire En Uyire" was delivered on 19 April 2024.[19] The last single "Yeduvaraiyo" was delivered on 24 April 2024.[20] The whole soundtrack collection was delivered on 26 April 2024 after the film's release.[14]
Afterward, the creation house reported that the sound privileges for the film were obtained by Aditya Music.[21]
